Yoga in Fuerteventura
Learn to relax while making friends in our wonderful island
Be aware of your breath and movements with your roots deep in the earth and your
hearts closer to the sun.
The classes are creative and gently paced type of flow yoga with yin elements,
that brings balance to our body and mind. The movements are linked to the breath
and classes are started with a number of sun salutations to warm and prepare our
bodies for more intense stretching done towards the end of the class. The practice is
gentle yet invigorating with plenty of modifications suitable for all levels.
Please note that the classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
All classes include sun salutations, pranayama (breathwork), and savasana
(relaxation). All classes are taught in English. Yoga mats and props are provided.
